2. Eligibility

EverGrace offers coffee, drinkware, coloring books, apparel, gifts, wellness-related products, and other merchandise.

We strive to display product information accurately; however, colors, packaging, and product appearance may vary slightly from images displayed on the website.

4. Orders

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.

We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or limit any order for any reason, including suspected fraud, inventory shortages, pricing errors, misuse of promotions, or other circumstances that may affect our ability to fulfill an order.

If payment has already been processed for a canceled order, a refund will be issued to the original payment method.

5. Coffee Subscriptions

Subscription products automatically renew according to the delivery frequency selected at checkout.

By purchasing a subscription, you authorize EverGrace to charge your selected payment method on a recurring basis until canceled. We will notify subscribers by email at least 7 days before any price changes. It is our customer's responsibility to keep contact information up to date either through their account or by contacting us at info@evergracecoffee.com.

Customers may cancel future subscription orders up to 5 business days before the next scheduled billing date through their account or by contacting us at info@evergracecoffee.com.

Subscription pricing, availability, and benefits may be modified at any time.

6. EverGrace Impact Program

At EverGrace Coffee, we believe in creating meaningful impact beyond the cup.

Through the EverGrace Impact Program, EverGrace intends to donate $1 from each qualifying bag of coffee sold to organizations and initiatives that support mental wellness, renewal, connection, and hope.

Charitable recipients, campaigns, causes, and partner organizations may change from time to time at EverGrace's sole discretion.

Donation calculations may exclude taxes, shipping charges, canceled orders, refunded orders, promotional giveaways, and chargebacks.

EverGrace reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any charitable giving initiative at any time.

7. User Reviews, Testimonials, and Submitted Content

Customers may submit reviews, testimonials, comments, photographs, videos, and other content through the website or social media channels.

By submitting content, you grant EverGrace Companies LLC a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, publish, display, modify, distribute, and share such content for marketing, promotional, advertising, educational, and business purposes.

You represent that you own or have permission to submit such content and that it does not violate the rights of any third party.

We reserve the right to remove submitted content at our discretion.
